What is the policy on customized/personalized orders?


Custom orders begin with you and I collaborating on an overall design to your approval. Once that is finished, I will give you an estimated time frame on when this work can start, based on where I’m at with other current orders. Before I start on your project, I will invoice you in the cost to confirm your order. Once payment is received in full, I will begin the work. Payment for custom or personalized work is NON-REFUNDABLE as I cannot sell these products to others.




What about your typical processing/delivery times?


Because every item is hand-made, the processing time will vary for each item. If it’s a “Ready to Ship” item, you can expect delivery within 2-3 business days or sooner. If there is ever an issue or delay, I will contact you as soon as possible.




What is the refund policy?


Any items purchased which are not custom-made or personalized may be refunded if you contact me within 21 days of delivery and return the item undamaged, with no defects within 30 days from delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
